Processing and shipping
Orders for Products require 1-3 business days excluding Holidays to be picked,packed and prepared for shipping. Please note we have different shipping methods and depending on the type of shipping you choose, Your order will still be subject to 1-3 business days of processing before it ships.For subscriptions your first box will be shipped after 1-3 business days of processing and for renewals every month the boxes get shipped out with in a week to two weeks of the reoccurring order.
Shipping times are calculated after processing and after the item has shipped. Nutra Crave is not responsible for unforeseen delays due to Canada postal services.We are not responsible for lost,stolen or damaged items once delivered,or any incorrectly entered address.Once items have been scanned as delivered to the customer's address, it is up to the customer to claim any missing,stolen or damaged items with the appropriate postal carrier or credit card.
Shipping prices may vary depending on the amount and how many products you purchase. On Average in Canada shipping can vary from $7 -$20. There is free shipping on orders over a certain amount. (this price can change from month to month). For The U.S shipping can range from $10-$26.50 on orders depending on weight of a package. International orders vary depending on location.Please note to always purchase a shipping method with a tracking number. We are unable to assist you with any lost orders or delayed shipments if we do not have a tracking number to go off of. All Subscriptions to Canada and the U.S have free shipping included.
If receiving free shipping it can take anywhere from 4-7 business days to receive a package in Canada. Other shipping options will vary depending on what you choose at check out. At this point in time we only offer Calculated rate shipping and times through Canada post. Free shipping is through Canada Post If your order meets the minimum requirements.
- Shipping address can not be a P.O Box or APO/DPO/FPO.
- All applicable custom fees,taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Nutra Crave does not collect these prior to shipment.Please contact your countries customs office for rates and charges coming outside of your country.
- Once a order is placed you are responsible for all original shipping charges,applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to us. This includes any shipments that are refused delivery.
DAMAGED PARCELS AND WRONG ORDERS
If you have received a wrong order please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss more. As for damaged parcels there is nothing we can do about the condition of the package when it gets to you, but if the goods inside are opened or damaged please contact us by email to discuss further.
If you placed a order and one of the products are not in stock. Your order will be shipped out as soon as the product comes back in stock.Please note due to cost restrictions we can not split the shipment, if items have been placed with other items on back order,Items will ship out together once in stock.
