Nutra Crave Shipping Policy WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER: Orders for Products take 1-2 days to process and ship out. For subscriptions your first box will be shipped with in 1-2 business days of purchase and for renewals every month the boxes get shipped out with in a week to two weeks of the recurring order. HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING: Shipping prices may vary depending on the amount and how many products you purchase. On Average in Canada shipping can vary from $7 -$20. There is free shipping on orders over a certain amount. (this price can change from month to month). For The U.S shipping can range from $10-$26.50 on orders depending on weight of a package. All Subscriptions to Canada and the U.S have free shipping included. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER: If receiving free shipping it can take anywhere from 4-7 business days to receive a package. Other shipping options will vary depending on what you choose at check out. At this point in time we only offer Calculated rate shipping and times through Canada post. Free shipping is through Fedex/ Canada Post If your order meets the minimum requirements. If you have a specific preference please contact us by email. DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: At this time we don't offer international shipping but are looking into offering these options in the future. DAMAGED PARCELS AND WRONG ORDERS: If you have received a wrong order please contact us by email at to discuss more. As for damaged parcels there is nothing we can do about the condition of the package when it gets to you, but if the goods inside are opened or damaged please contact us by email to discuss further.

BACK ORDERS: If you placed a order and one of the products are not instock. Your order will be shipped out as soon as the product comes back in stock.This is including back orders that are placed with products that are instock at the time as well. Your whole order will ship out together once all items are back in stock.

It is your responsibility to put in the correct mailing address. We do not except return parcels, so please email us at if you accidently put in a wrong address, we will try and assist you the best we can but you will be responsible for re shipping of the package if we are able to re ship it for you.
